Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Sun Defender is required to collect sales tax and municipal taxes where applicable for items shipped to any address within the state of Texas. Sun Defender does not collect Sales Tax for shipments made out of the state of Texas. Texas sales tax rate which is 6.25% and any other municipal sales taxes are added to the final total only if your order is shipped to a location in the state of Texas.
Shipping
The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground or LTL Freight. Therefore we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 5 to 10 business days after receipt of your order unless otherwise stated. Items of non-standard sizes and items that require special handling will be delivered by LTL Freight or common carriers.
Local Pick Up
It is possible to schedule a local pick up and save the shipping charges. If you live in Dallas-Ft Worth area, just contact us at serene.env@gmail.com or 866-988-7863 to schedule a time.
